Richard Milhous Nixon was a 20th century Human who served as the 37th President of the United States from 1969 until his resignation in 1974.

At some point during his tenure in office, he greeted computer revolutionary Henry Starling, as well as successfully opening the door to China, becoming the first United States President to visit the Communist nation. (VOY: "Future's End", Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country)
