Richard Cox (born 6 May 1948; age 75) is an actor from New York City, New York, who played the role of Kyril Finn in the third season episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation entitled "The High Ground".
He has appeared in a number of other television series, including The Rockford Files, Murder, She Wrote, L.A. Law, Law & Order, Guiding Light, The X-Files, Millennium,The Practice, and ER. He also guest-starred in an episode of Threshold, which starred TNG actor Brent Spiner (Data). Former Star Trek production staff members Brannon Braga, Mike Sussman, and André Bormanis wrote and produced for the series.
