Richard Cansino (born 10 August 1953; age 59) is the actor who portrayed Doctor Garin in the Star Trek: The Next Generation third season episode "Deja Q". The nephew of Rita Hayworth, he is also a notable voice-over performer with many credits on various animated series and video games.
