Richard Alexander "Dick" Kelley (6 October 19193 November 1995; age 76) was a cinematographer who worked as the camera operator on the first Star Trek pilot, "The Cage" under cameraman William E. Snyder. (Inside Star Trek: The Real Story, p 34)

Kelley started out as an assistant cameraman and camera operator on The Fugitive, then became a director of photography on his own, working on series such as The Green Hornet, Land of the Giants, Happy Days, Tabitha (where he replaced Jerry Finnerman) and M*A*S*H.
