Rhea was a moon that orbited the planet Saturn. The moon was located in the Sol system. This system was located in Sector 001 also known as the Sol sector, a region of space in the Alpha Quadrant.
A painting of Saturn depicted it from the perspective of this moon. It was displayed in quarters aboard the USS Enterprise-D and in a corridor at Starfleet Headquarters. (TNG: "Justice", "Conspiracy")
This painting was painted by Rick Sternbach for fun. It was first seen in guest quarters aboard the starship. It was seen again in guest quarters in the episode "Suddenly Human". It would be seen in Data's quarters in the episodes "Allegiance" and "In Theory". Finally, it would be seen in Jean-Luc Picard's quarters in "Devil's Due". [1]
