Reskat was a Ramuran male.
In 2374, Reskat tried to escape a tracer named Kellin. Although he used his cloaking device, she found him on board the USS Voyager with the help of the Chakotay by using a magneton sweep. (VOY: "Unforgettable")
Reskat was played by background performer Chuck Magnus, who received no credit for his appearance. An unfinished version of his costume was sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [1]
