Rae Norman (born 1 April 1958; age 56) is the actress who played Penny Muroc in the Star Trek: The Next Generation sixth season episode "Tapestry" in 1993.

Norman appeared in the 1991 political thriller True Colors with Mary Mara and Don McManus and also worked on 1994's In the Line of Duty: The Price of Vengeance with Michael Krawic, Norman Large, Sharon Lawrence, Tina Lifford, Richard McGonagle, Rick Scarry, Ron Taylor and Susanna Thompson. She was featured in the horror thriller The Dentist 2 with Corbin Bernsen and Clint Howard, the thriller Love Her Madly (2000) with Christopher Michael and Michael Bailey Smith, and in the 2005 crime drama Chasing Ghosts, with Patrick Kilpatrick, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Mark Rolston and Tom Wright. Norman's most recent film work was the drama 5 Nights in Hollywood (2009) with Ed O'Ross.

On television, Norman was seen in episodes of Tales From the Crypt (1993, starring John Kassir), Seinfeld (1996, starring Jason Alexander and with Bruce Davison), Caroline & the City (1996, with Amy Pietz and Thomas Dekker), Total Security (1997, with Tony Plana, Kristin Bauer, Jim Beaver, and Cyndi Pass), Sliders (1998, with Reiner Schöne and Kelly Connell), Titans (2000, with Clement von Franckenstein and directed by Chip Chalmers), Desperate Housewives (2005, with Teri Hatcher, Brenda Strong, and Alfre Woodard), and Cold Case (2006, with Kevin Brief).
