The Regulus III Science Academy was a university on Regulus III that specialized in the sciences. It had the reputation of being a good school.

In 2371, Mardah was accepted to the Science Academy, and she left Deep Space 9 and her boyfriend Jake Sisko. (DS9: "Fascination")
