Regula I was one of the postings where Starfleet Academy cadets were transferred to during Nero's attack on Vulcan in 2258 in the alternate reality. A shuttlecraft carried cadet Fugeman from Hangar 1 on Earth to his assignment on Regula I. (Star Trek)
It was not specified in Star Trek, if Regula I was the name of a space station, like its counterpart in the prime reality, or the name of one of the starships sent on the rescue mission.
