Changes: Regalian phaser rifle

A Regalian phaser rifle was a rifle-type phaser weapon of Regalian origin. The particle beam fired by the rifle consisted of various shades of purple. According to Data, they were not particularly powerful weapons compared to their Starfleet counterpart.

In 2366, the Gatherers used these rifles in the attack on an away team from the USS Enterprise-D on Gamma Hromi II. (TNG: "The Vengeance Factor")
