Crewman Rayburn was a 23rd century Starfleet security officer who served aboard the USS Enterprise under Captain Kirk.

In 2266, Rayburn accompanied Kirk, Christine Chapel, and Mathews into the underground ruins of Exo III. The android Ruk murdered Rayburn by suffocating him. (TOS: "What Are Little Girls Made Of?")
