Raphael Sbarge (born 12 February 1964; age 60) played Michael Jonas in five second season episodes of Star Trek: Voyager. He has starred in films such as Independence Day (1996, with Brent Spiner and Erick Avari), Pearl Harbor (2001, with Leland Orser, Cary-Hiroyuki, Steve Rankin, Randy Oglesby, Glenn Morshower, John Pyper-Ferguson, Michael Shamus Wiles, James Saito, and Manu Intiraymi). Other television credits include: Quantum Leap (starring Scott Bakula and Dean Stockwell), Werewolf (with Voyager's Ethan Phillips), The Cosby Show (with Sabrina LeBeauf), seaQuest DSV (starring Rosalind Ingledew and Marco Sanchez), Murder, She Wrote (with Leslie Bevis, Thomas Kopache, Wendy Schaal, and Christopher Neame), NYPD Blue (with Sharon Lawrence and Gordon Clapp), Dharma & Greg (with Mitchell Ryan), Will and Grace, Charmed, Six Feet Under (with Wade Andrew Williams and Ed Begley, Jr.), 7th Heaven (with Stephen Collins and Catherine Hicks), ER (with Scott Grimes and Leland Orser), Journeyman (with Jeff Ricketts), Bones (with Michael Canavan), Shark (with Billy Campbell), 24 (with Roger Cross, Alexander Siddig, and Megan Gallagher), Ghost Whisperer (with Molly Hagan and Rif Hutton), Prison Break (with Robert Knepper), Scorpion (2014), and Threshold (with Brent Spiner, Cliff DeYoung, David Gautreaux, in an episode written by Brannon Braga).

He also played a lead character, Carth Onasi, in the video game Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic (along with Ethan Phillips, Frank Welker, Brian George, Carolyn Seymour, Charles Dennis, Jason Marsden, and James Horan) and its sequel. He also played in the video game Mass Effect as another key character, Kaidan Alenko (with Marina Sirtis, Armin Shimerman, and Dwight Schultz), and depending on player choices may appear in Mass Effect 2 (with Michael Dorn, Robin Sachs, and Keith Szarabajka) and Mass Effect 3.

Sbarge's work in Pearl Harbor got him recruited by producer Jerry Bruckheimer to guest star on Without A Trace (starring Enrique Murciano), CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (with Sam Anderson, Wallace Langham, and Don McManus), CSI: NY, CSI: Miami, and Cold Case (executive produced by Voyager co-star Roxann Dawson, in the episode "Thrill Kill" with Mark Rolston). Sbarge also guest-starred in the HBO series Big Love, in an episode that featured Voyager co-star Robert Beltran. He had a recurring role on ABC'S Once Upon A Time as Archie "Jiminy Cricket" Hopper. This series starred Jennifer Morrison.
