Randy Elliott is an artist. He began as a professional artist in 1988 primarily as a comic book inker on the Dragonlance series at DC Comics before branching out into illustration and comic pencil art. He worked for DC and Marvel Comics, Wizards of the Coast, and AEG. While at Marvel, he contributed inking to the story "The Warrior" in issue #8 of Star Trek Unlimited, "The Boy, The Warrior, and The Veteran".

Currently, he is doing pencil art for Archie Comics and painting CCG cards.
