Crewman Ramsey was a Starfleet crewmember aboard Deep Space Nine under Captain Benjamin Sisko in 2372. Ramsey was aboard the USS Defiant during its battle with the USS Lakota. Both Ramsey and Bartlett were killed in the unfortunate attack, seven others were injured. (DS9: "Paradise Lost")
