Ramona Case is an actress who portrayed a New Essentialist in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine fifth season episode "Let He Who Is Without Sin...". She wore a dress which was previously worn by Susanna Thompson in the fourth season episode "Rejoined". Her name on the tag was misspelled as Romona Case. [1](X)
