Rakosa One was the lead fighter of a group of fifteen Rakosan fighters that attempted to defend their homeworld from the Cardassian-built missile Dreadnought. The pilot of Rakosa One refused to break off his attack when USS Voyager Captain Kathryn Janeway requested she be allowed more time to rescue B'Elanna Torres from aboard the missile.

The Rakosan fleet was forced to retreat after Dreadnought's armaments proved too sophisticated for their weaponry. (VOY: "Dreadnought")
