Rakal was a planet in Cardassian space, with at least four moons.

An underground Cardassian base was located on the fourth moon of Rakal. It was sufficiently protected that a Vor'cha-class attack cruiser would be necessary to pose a significant threat to it. (DS9: "Return to Grace")
