The planet Rahm-Izad is located in the Rahm-Izad star system in Sector 21459.

The planet was used by Captain Jean-Luc Picard as a ruse to throw Gul Ocett off the trail of the mystery surrounding the ancient humanoids. While Ocett believed that the last missing DNA fragment was located here, it was in fact located on Vilmor II. (TNG: "The Chase")
