Rafael Gallur (born 10 December 1948; age 64) is a Mexican comic book artist. He began his career in Mexico working for the newpaper La Prensa. He moved on to work for Edar and EJEA working on the interior art for a number of comic books. Eventually, he began focusing on cover paintings. He also worked for Ghetto Librettos in Mexico as an illustrator of their Mexican pulp comic series.

His only Star Trek credit is art assistance on the first issue of Star Trek: The Modala Imperative, "A Little Seasoning".
