Quin'lat

Quin'lat was an ancient city on Qo'noS, the Klingon homeworld. Klingon history tells of a great storm that struck the city centuries ago while Kahless the Unforgettable was there. One man went outside to face the storm, to 'stand before the wind and make it respect [him]." The man was killed. Kahless' clone would later remark, "The wind does not respect the fool."
