The Queen of Hearts is a fictional character from the book Alice in Wonderland written by Lewis Carroll. Her royalty is quick to anger and favors declaring a beheading to those who infuriate her.
On the Shore Leave Planet, the Queen of Hearts and several of her knaves appeared to Leonard McCoy as an illusion, with the intent of pursuing and declaring "Off with his head!" (TAS: "Once Upon a Planet")
