Queen is a title given to a female monarch. There are two distinct types of queens - queens regnant (rulers in their own right) and queens consort (wives of reigning kings who hold little to no power).
There was a queen in the story of Rumpelstiltskin, a fictional character. (DS9: "If Wishes Were Horses")
In 2370, Martus Mazur toasted Roana as the "Queen of the Promenade". (DS9: "Rivals")
