Psi Upsilon was a star system, the location of Federation populations on at least two planets and a Starfleet training installation. (TNG: "Eye of the Beholder")

The system was not shown or mentioned in dialog, but instead depicted in an okudagram readout of a personnel file for Daniel Kwan. It is possible then that the Psi Upsilon system is the home of the Napean species. Of course, the file information is questionable since it was part of a detailed hallucination sequence involving Deanna Troi.
There is a notable college fraternity named Psi Upsilon.
