Prenar was a Cardassian who served on Bajor during the Occupation. He was the pilot of a transport assigned to bring a number of Bajorans to the capital to be executed after the destruction of the Relliketh outpost, including Anjohl Tennan. Prenar was bribed by Ranjen Winn Adami to divert his transport to a labor camp instead, claiming that he had "misread" his orders. (DS9: "'Til Death Do Us Part")
