Prema II was the second planet in the Prema planetary system, and was the site of a Talaxian mining colony.
In 2372, the colonists agreed to help the USS Voyager in the event of a Kazon attack. (VOY: "Basics, Part I")
After Voyager was captured by the Kazon-Nistrim, two fighters from Prema II assisted in Tom Paris' plan to retake the ship. (VOY: "Basics, Part II")
According to the Star Trek: Star Charts (pg. 86), the Prema system was located in non-aligned space, in the Delta Quadrant. This system was a single star system. Primary was a Class M star with a magnitude of +5, which was the same brightness as Sol.
