Pot roast

Pot roast is a human food made of braised beef.

While forced to temporarily relocate to the cramped catwalk aboard Enterprise in September, 2152, "Chef" continued to serve his role as ship's head cook. His meal of choice, at the time, was pot roast, a dish he served three times in three days, much to Malcolm Reeds discomfort. (ENT: "The Catwalk")

In 2376, Captain Janeway prepared pot roast when she invited Lyndsay Ballard to dinner in the Captain's quarters, however her infamous replicator liquefied the pot roast and they were forced to eat peanut butter sandwiches.

When listing ways of fending off the Kobali warships, Ballard said "does that include your pot roast" as a joke, but didn't realize the insult she'd made to a superior officer, and quickly apologized. Captain Janeway said she found it funny. (VOY: "Ashes to Ashes")
