Polk Street was a major road in San Francisco on Earth.

When traveling back in time from 2371, Kira Nerys and Miles O'Brien always materialized on the corner of Polk Street and California Street. In 1930 the corner hosted a speakeasy. In 2024, it was a "ped zone", where quadcycles were prohibited. (DS9: "Past Tense, Part II")
