Pok tar was a type of Vulcan food.
In 2151, when Captain Vanik of the Ti'Mur came aboard Enterprise NX-01 for dinner with T'Pol and Captain Archer, Archer insisted T'Pol tell him Vanik's favorite food. When Archer had it made for Vanik's visit, he didn't even eat it at dinner. (ENT: "Breaking the Ice")
