"Plum" was a nickname given to Leonard McCoy by Nancy Crater during their brief relationship in the 2250s. The salt vampire impersonating Nancy referred to McCoy as "Plum", when he was part of an Enterprise landing party to planet M-113 in 2266. (TOS: "The Man Trap")
