Plomeek is a food that originates from the planet Vulcan. Plomeek is used in a variety of foods and beverages.
Plomeek was first referenced in the Star Trek: The Original Series episode "Amok Time". It seems apparent that it is some type of vegetation, but it's uncertain as to whether or not it is a plant or fungus.
