Philip "Phil" Signorelli is a costumer who was one of the key costumers on the first season of Star Trek: The Next Generation.
Signorelli also worked as costumer on episodes of CBS Summer Playhouse (1988, with fellow costumer Elaine Maser) and Just the Ten of Us (1989).
