The Pheben system was the site of a mission by the Klingon vessel Pagh, during William T. Riker's tenure as the first officer of that ship in 2365. (TNG: "A Matter Of Honor")
Pheben system was located in the Beta Quadrant. Primary of this system was a Class G star. Magnitude of this star was +5, which was the same brightness as Sol. (Star Trek: Star Charts, page 63)
