The phase torpedo was a form torpedo developed by the Vidiians. Phase torpedoes, along with Borg interquadratal warp drives and Hirogen hunting sensors, was one of the technologies which the USS Voyager was supposed to have acquired before Reginald Barclay tricked the Ferengi into closing the geodesic fold in 2377.
