In 2369, Constable Odo stated that Quark did not commit petty thefts. (DS9: "The Forsaken")

In 2372, Odo listed off a number of crimes during his daily report to Kira, and listed "three petty thefts, two incidents of disorderly conduct, one assault..." (DS9: "Crossfire")
