The Perseus Arm is a collection of stars, planets, nebulae, and other spatial objects that form one of many curved "arms" out-shooting from the center of the Milky Way Galaxy.
The Perseus arm seems to extend a short bit through the Delta Quadrant, a little through the Gamma Quadrant, and extends across the length of the Alpha Quadrant. The star M92 is located in this arm.
The Perseus Arm was shown on a computer panel in astrometrics on USS Voyager during the later years of its seven-year journey in the Delta Quadrant. (background graphic, Star Trek: Voyager)
The graphic is also shown (in legible detail) in Geoffrey Mandel's Star Trek: Star Charts.
