Peggy Jo Jacobs played the Klingon Ch'Rega, in the Star Trek: Voyager episode "Prophecy".

Jacobs has also appeared on such television series as Clueless (starring Wallace Shawn), Unhappily Ever After (starring Nikki Cox), Martial Law (with Stanley Kamel and Tzi Ma), and The Michael Richards Show (with Bill Cobbs and Gregory Itzin). Her film credits include Dancing at the Blue Iguana (2000), Rat Race (2001, starring Lanei Chapman, Whoopi Goldberg and Andrew Kavovit), and Black Christmas (2006, with Andrea Martin).
