A Pedicure was a kind of toenail treatment practices by Ferengi.
In 2375, rumor spread spread on [Ferenginar]] that Zek was to name Quark his successor. Brunt, paraphrasing the 33rd rule of acquisition, promptly started sucking up to Quark, and gave him a pedicure. When it emerged that Nog was to be nagus instead, Quark suggested to his brother that he demanded a pedicure from Brunt too. (DS9: "The Dogs of War")
A cut scene in "The Chase" would have established that Mr. Mott also gave pedicures, although he had recently had an accedent while giving a pedicure to Beverly Crusher.
