Crewman Pechetti was a engineer stationed on board Deep Space 9 ca. 2373. He and several others volunteered for a salvage operation on board Empok Nor. He was known as an amateur collector of alien insignia and a practical joker among his friends, who including his fellow engineer Boq'ta.
