Paula Michelle Neiman is an actress, writer and producer who appeared as an alien bistro patron in the Star Trek: Enterprise first season episode "Two Days and Two Nights" in 2002. She received no credit for this appearance but was identified by the call sheet. Neiman filmed her scenes on Monday 25 March 2002 on Paramount Stage 9 as part of the "Risan Bistro Night Group".

Beside her work on Star Trek, Neiman was featured in the comedy Palco & Hirsch (2001, with Renee Goldsberry), the comedy View from the Top (2003, with Concetta Tomei and DonnaMarie Recco), and the short comedy Andre Royo's Big Scene (2004).

In 2003, Neiman wrote the story for the action film Straight Out on which she also worked as associate producer. The same year she worked as wardrobe supervisor on the short film Hope, produced by Jerome Butler and featuring Judyann Elder. In 2004 she made her directing debut with the short drama Within the Wall for which she also wrote the script and worked as executive producer. The same year she was one of the producers for the short project The Male Groupie, also produced by Jerome Butler.

As writer, Neiman wrote the stage play "Grand Central", the musicals "The Ride" and "Following Faith: A Nat Turner Story", and the one-man play "I Am Not Sam" on which she also worked as producer. She has also been teaching creative writing for the organization IsideOut Writers for several years.
