Paul Sutherlin Torrez (born 29 May 1983; age 29) is a background performer who had a role in J.J. Abrams' Star Trek. His character was part of the Dodge bar scene.

Torrez attended Chapman University in Southern California where he studied film production and screenwriting. He has appeared as a background performer or extra in several films including Spider-Man 2 (2004, with Kirsten Dunst and Donna Murphy) and A Cinderella Story (2004, with John Billingsley). He has also appeared in several episodes of the UPN television series One on One and NBC's American Dreams.

Torrez worked on Star Trek from 4 December 2007 through 6 December 2007 at a location in Los Angeles, California.
