Paul Eiding (born 28 March 1957; age 56) is the actor and voice actor who played Ambassador Loquel in the Star Trek: The Next Generation seventh season episode "Liaisons" in 1993. In addition, he voiced several Starfleet officers, Bajorans and Vorta in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine - The Fallen and several other characters in Star Trek: Starfleet Command III and Star Trek: Armada II.

Eiding is also well known for his roles as Colonel Roy Campbell in the Metal Gear Solid series, the Autobot Perceptor in Transformers, and Judicator Aldaris in StarCraft.
