Patrick R. Norris is a Hollywood television director and costumer. In 2002, he directed the Star Trek: Enterprise episodes "Fallen Hero" and "Singularity".

Although he is primarily a director, Norris has earned seven Emmy Award nominations for his achievements in costuming. He won two of the awards, both for his work on the series thirtysomething. He was nominated for three more Emmys for thirtysomething, and was also nominated for his work on the TV movies Blood & Orchids (1986, starring David Clennon and Merritt Butrick) and A Walton Thanksgiving Reunion (1993, featuring Steven Culp).

Besides Enterprise, Norris has also directed episodes of Party of Five, Xena: Warrior Princess, Dawson's Creek, Roswell, and The O.C., among others.
