Patricia F. O'Malley was a Starfleet ensign who served aboard the NX class starship Enterprise.

Ensign O'Malley attended Starfleet Academy and, at the young age of 26, died in a battle with a hostile species. (ENT: "Storm Front, Part II")

It remains unknown which hostile species Archer was referring to when he told Alicia Travers of O'Malley's death, although it may have been the Xindi.

O'Malley definitely died during Enterprise's year-long search for the Xindi superweapon in 2153, as personal objects had not been removed from her quarters before the starship returned to Earth in "Home" (early 2154). This would give her an approximate birth date of 2128.
