Patricia "Pat" Westmore was a hair stylist who worked on the second and third seasons of Star Trek: The Original Series. Born into the famous Westmore family of Hollywood makeup artists, she was the aunt of Michael Westmore and Monty Westmore, aunt-in-law of June Westmore and great-aunt of McKenzie Westmore and Michael Westmore, Jr.

During her one-decade career as a Hollywood hair stylist, Westmore worked on a number of film and television projects, including The Rookie (1959, with Julie Newmar) and The Caretakers (1963, with Susan Oliver) and series such as The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet.
