Parthas a la Yuta was an Acamarian meal made with spiced parthas.
This meal was a special recipe prepared by Yuta for Commander William T. Riker in 2366. Riker, after hearing Yuta's description of the dish, smiled and called it "Parthas a la Yuta," giving the impression that Riker originated the name. (TNG: "The Vengeance Factor")
