Parker was a 24th century Starfleet crewman assigned to the USS Enterprise-C under Captain Rachel Garrett.

Parker was on board during the battle at Narendra III in 2344, and was presumed lost with the rest of the ship's complement.

Following the Enterprise-C's transport to 2366, Parker held the ops station for its return through the temporal rift. (TNG: "Yesterday's Enterprise")
