Pamela Douglas is a writer who wrote with Jeri Taylor the teleplay for the Star Trek: The Next Generation fourth season episode "Night Terrors" after a story by Shari Goodhartz.

Douglas previously wrote episodes for the television series Insight (1983, directed by Michael Rhodes), Trapper John, M.D. (1984, with Madge Sinclair and Fran Bennett), Frank's Place (1987), A Year in the Life (1987, with Richard Kiley and Jay Underwood), and TV 101 (1989, with Leon Russom, Cristine Rose, and Scott Trost) and the teleplay for the television drama A Girl of the Limberlost (1990, with Joanna Cassidy).

Between 1992 and 1995 she wrote three episodes for the drama series CBS Schoolbreak Specials with Concetta Tomei, Mark Phelan, and Michelle Krusiec. For this work she received a Humanitas Prize nomination in 1992 in the category Children's Live-Action Category, a Daytime Emmy Award nomination in 1993 in the category Outstanding Writing in a Children's Special, and a Writers Guild of America Award nomination in 1996 in the category Children's Script. In 1995 she won a Humanitas Prize Award in the category Children's Live-Action Category.
