The Palmerton Cafe was a restaurant on Miri's planet that had at one time sold sodas.

It had been in operation in the 1960s when almost the entire population of the planet was wiped out. The building was still standing when a USS Enterprise landing party arrived in 2266.

Dr. McCoy discovered a tricycle outside of the Palmerton Cafe while the crew investigated the planet's surface. As he set it down, a man ran out of the cafe, yelling that the tricycle was his, and tackled McCoy to the ground. (TOS: "Miri")
