The surveillance facility beneath P'Jem (2151).

P'Jem was an ancient Vulcan monastery established in the 9th century BCE on a planet not far from Andoria. In the 22nd century, the monastery was regularly ransacked by the Andorians, who suspected it contained a surveillance post.

In 2151, the Earth starship Enterprise paid a visit to P'Jem only to find it taken over by a group of Andorian commandos, lead by Shran. After a firefight with the Enterprise landing party, the two sides accidently discovered a highly sophisticated surveillance installation in the catacombs beneath the monastery. Captain Jonathan Archer gave scans taken of the facility to Shran as evidence of the Vulcans' activities. (ENT: "The Andorian Incident")

Some months later, P'Jem was destroyed by the Andorians via orbital bombardment, after giving the monks and the surveillance personnel a warning to evacuate the facility. The Vulcan High Command blamed Subcommander T'Pol for the destruction of P'Jem, since she allowed Captain Jonathan Archer and Lieutenant Malcolm Reed to expose the surveillance facility. They recalled T'Pol from Enterprise, but changed their decision following her actions at Coridan. (ENT: "Shadows of P'Jem")

The repercussions on Vulcan were longer-lasting. The First Minister was dismissed, and while T'Pol was on her mission in the Delphic Expanse, the High Command forced her mother, T'Les, to resign from the Vulcan Science Academy by fabricating evidence of treason. In order to restore her mother's posting at the Academy, T'Pol had to join Koss's family by marrying him. (ENT: "Home")

The large double doors that served as P'Jem's entrance were a reuse of the doors to the Klingon High Council chamber in ENT: "Broken Bow".
It remains unknown whether the planet on which the monastery was located is also called "P'Jem".
