Owen Seyler is a gaming author, designer, and artist. He worked for Decipher on their line of the Star Trek Role Playing Game. His primary role on the books released by the company was in the creative direction department. He is also one of the original designers of the actual game system itself.

Before working at Decipher, Seyler worked for Last Unicorn Games as one of the primary developers and designers for the Dune RPG. He also worked on their Star Trek RPG line with addition design and development work.
